Getting Started

Fill out our Affiliate Registration form and click "Apply" to sign
up!



After you complete the online application on the registration page,
Quickfixsynthetic.com will provide email notification within 1-2 business days
on average. If approved, you can access your account and start sharing
links/banners. 

Commission Fees:

Quickfixsynthetic.com
affiliates earn a standard commission rate of 25% for all referrals who sign up
using their link and/or with an approved email conversion trigger for a direct
affiliate sale per your affiliate tracking link. We reserve the right to
reverse commissions due to refunded sales or order deemed fraudulent.
Commissions are paid out via PayPal or ACH credit. It is your responsibility to
ensure your PayPal account details are accurate and up to date in order to
receive payment.

Restrictions on
promotion:

The Quick Fix
affiliate program is designed for affiliates to promote via their legitimate
channels of influence only.  Promotion via paid traffic (including any ad
words campaign), re-targeting, discount and/or coupon site, or any other
method that in the sole discretion of Quickfixsynthetic.com is not in
accordance with the letter and spirit of these terms and conditions will result
in any commissions so resulting being denied and puts your continued
participation in our program in jeopardy.

Legal Compliance:

All affiliates must
comply with all federal, state and local regulations within your jurisdiction.
This includes applicable governing marketing emails (ie CAN-SPAM Act), and all
other anti-spam laws. Quick Fix LLC reserves the right to suspend or remove
affiliates from our affiliate program at any time, without warning. Upon
termination you agree to discontinue use of all links, logos, banners and
promotional materials provided to you by our entity and or company
affiliations. Affiliates terminated due to malicious publishing tactics will
also have commissions revoked and face possible omission from our network.

Liability:

Quickfixsynthetic.com will not be liable for indirect or
accidental damages (loss of revenue, commissions) due to affiliate tracking
failures, loss of database files, or any results of intents of harm to the
Program and/or to our website(s).

We do not make any expressed or implied warranties with respect
to the Program and/or the memberships or products sold by Quick Fix We
make no claim that the operation of the Program and/or our website(s) will be
error-free and we will not be liable for any interruptions or errors.

Governing Law, Jurisdiction, and Attorney Fees:

This Agreement shall
be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States
and the State of Florida. Any dispute arising under or related in any way to
this Agreement shall be adjudicated exclusively in the state courts located in
Sacramento, CA.

In the event of
litigation to enforce any provision of this Agreement, the prevailing party
will be entitled to recover from the other party its costs and fees, including
reasonable legal fees.

Electronic Signatures Effective:

The Agreement is an
electronic contract that sets out the legally binding terms of your
participation in the Quickfixsynthetic.com affiliate program. You indicate your
acceptance of this Agreement and all of the terms and conditions contained or
referenced in this Agreement by completing the Share a Sale and/or Quick Fix
Urine application process. This action creates an electronic signature that has
the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature.

By accepting this agreement,
you agree to the terms and conditions set forth.
